Refund and Returns Policy

At Vello & Vellora, we are committed to offering premium quality fragrances and a seamless shopping experience. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfume products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • You received an incorrect item.

  • The product is defective, leaking, or tampered with at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • An unboxing video and clear images of the product and outer packaging must be provided as proof.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return.

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process. Do not ship the product back without confirmation from our team.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account (bank details will be required).

Shipping charges, COD charges, and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.

  • Products without original packaging, box, or seal.

  • Items returned without prior approval.

  • Returns requested beyond the 48-hour window.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
